Andy Christou MA MRICS
Andy has been involved in property from a young age gaining expertise in both the residential and commercial property sector. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007. He previously worked at well-established West End property consultancy firms and subsequently set up his own practice.
He primarily specialises in leasehold enfranchisement, management of commercial and residential blocks and lease advisory.
He has acted on behalf of clients for professional services including leasehold enfranchisement cases, rent reviews and lease renewals and valuations of both commercial and residential property and has managed property for a variety of clients, ranging from charities to property companies, corporations and private individuals.
He is a member of the RICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
